You do not need to elaborate on the factual scenario of your case; our decades of legal experience enables us to professionally assess the nature of your legal issue at a maximum of one paragraph of non-redundant information. Thereafter, you will receive a free phone conference regarding your overall legal circumstances. During the phone conference we will assess the nature of your legal issues whether pro or con and give you a "ballpark" figure of our fee. If you choose to outsource our services there will be a $25.00 processing fee payable immediately on our "Pay For Services" webpage. Your issues will then be discussed with our pool lawyers pursuant to determining the most cost efficient manner our agency can assist you in representing your legal matters. Preliminary legal research will be performed to determine the likelihood of success on the merits of your issues and the estimated billable hours required to complete your legal work. You will then receive our written report and electronic contractual fee agreement to be electronically signed by you and returned to us. Our agency will be officially retained when you have paid-in-full the flat fee quoted in the electronic contract. The $25.00 processing fee is non-refundable unless you decide to retain our services, in which case the $25.00 processing fee will be credited to the flat fee quoted for retaining our services; this fee must be paid before we begin processing any documentation regarding your case.

Bad, unenforced, and discrimninatorially applied laws is the ACTUAL reason "ghettos," "enclaves," and "hoods" came into existence in the first place. People have been trying to escape from the "ghetto" since the beginning of its exsistence "by hook or by crook" yet only a very small percentage by comparison have ever succeeded. A very large percentage wind up in jail for trying to purchase their ticket from the "hood" with the proceeds from selling "controlled dangerous substances." The "hood" is and has always been a harsh place to live and an easy place to die. Innocent bystanders are always caught between the gunfire of gangsters, thugs and stick-up boys. Night strollers rome the streets at night peddling deadly venereal diseases throughout the "hood." The junkies have been reduced to walking-dead shoplifters and thieves spontaneously motivated by a hit of a controlled dangerous substance; they'll steal their gransmother's cane for a nickel bag of crack. However, this is and always has been the status quo of the "enclave." Law enforcement has historically proven to be unable or unwilling or both to decrease the level of crime and vice in the subcultural areas throughout the United States. In fact, law enforcement and "crime fighting" has become a multi-trillion dollar industry throughout the nation. This can accurately be viewed in terms of a "conflicting interest" insofar as finding a realistic solution or cure for crime would take a huge wet bite out of the economy and put a lot of police officers, prison officials, privatized prison entrepreneurs, criminal judges and lawyers, court personnel, etc. out of work in the unemployment lines.

Accordingly, the only effective method of realistically changing the status quo of the subculture is by drastically elevating the legal awareness level of its inhabitants and that is exactly what our agency intends to do. This process begins by offering career opportunity paralegal training and low cost legal services to subcultural communities. We'll teach you how to collectively address the problems akin to your environmental circumstances legally under the pretense that every inhabitant of the subculture is a victim of inequality: even the preditors roaming the subculture are victims of the environment; ask anyone in prison - the bureaucracy is geared to harvest them from the subculture by the tens of thousands each day and circulate them through county jails, reformatories and prisons around the country - where thousands of them are sold into peonage under the guise of privatization. During the 1960's El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz [Malcolm X] pointed out that with skillful manipulation of the press the system is able "to make the victim look like the criminal and the criminal look like the victim." That same observation holds true today.

An alarmingly high percentage of subcultural inhabitants have arrest warrants and criminal charges pending against their liberty and insufficient funds or legal knowledge to effectively confront their circumstances; we can help you obtain a favorable resolution to your problem.
